If traveling by car, set your GPS to Rodovia Ilhéus- km 45 Maruim, Una - BA, 45690-000. From Ilhéus, follow the BR-101 highway south and take the exit for BA-001. Continue on BA-001 for approximately 12 km until you reach the reserve. Signs direct you to the reserve, but be cautious as the entrance can be easily missed. Parking is available at the reserve. Expect to pay an entry fee of around R$10 to R$20.
Public Transport
To reach the Una Biological Reserve via public transportation, take a bus from Ilhéus to Una. Buses to Una typically cost around BRL 10-20 and take about 1 hour. Once in Una, take a local taxi or ride-sharing service to the reserve, approximately 15 km from the town center. The taxi ride should take about 20 minutes and cost around R$30 to R$50.

Consider using a taxi or ride-sharing service from Ilhéus or Una to the Una Biological Reserve. From Ilhéus, the taxi ride will cost approximately BRL 80-100 and take around 45 minutes. From Una, the ride will be shorter and may cost around BRL 30-50.
