To reach the Trilha das 4 Praias via bus, take a bus from the Itacaré bus station (Rodoviária de Itacaré) towards Ilhéus. The bus will drop you off at the entrance to Itacarezinho, near the start of the trail. From Itacaré to Ilhéus, bus tickets range from R$15 to R$53. The bus ride to the entrance of the trail takes approximately 30 minutes.

To reach the Trilha das 4 Praias by taxi, hire a taxi from Itacaré to the entrance of the trail at Estrada BA-001, Km 12. The taxi ride will cost approximately R$40-60. Confirm the price with the driver before starting the journey. The ride takes around 20 minutes.

If driving, follow the BA-001 highway south from Itacaré towards Ilhéus. After about 12 km, look for signs indicating the entrance to the Trilha das 4 Praias. There is a parking area available, which may charge a small fee. Parking costs vary but typically range from R$10-R$20.
