Bus
From Copacabana, head to the nearest bus stop at Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana. Take the bus number 583 towards 'Santa Teresa'. This bus will take you directly to Santa Teresa. Get off at the stop 'Rua Murtinho Nobre'. From the bus stop, walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Parque das Ruínas at R. Murtinho Nobre, 169.
Metro
Take the Metro from any station to 'Cinelândia' station. Once you exit the station, head towards Rua Rio Branco and catch the bus number 583 towards 'Santa Teresa'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Rua Murtinho Nobre'. Walk straight for about 5 minutes to reach Parque das Ruínas.
Bicycle
If you are in the Botafogo area, rent a bike and head towards the Flamengo Park. From Flamengo Park, ride up Rua do Catete and then follow the signs towards Santa Teresa. The ride may take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Santa Teresa, navigate to R. Murtinho Nobre, where Parque das Ruínas is located.
Walking
If you are in the Lapa area, you can walk to Parque das Ruínas. Start at the Arcos da Lapa and head up Rua da Lapa. Continue straight until you reach Rua Murtinho Nobre. The walk will take approximately 20-25 minutes, and it’s a scenic route with beautiful views along the way.
