If you're starting from the Pelourinho area, walk to the Praça da Sé bus stop. From there, take a bus that goes to Comércio. Buses with routes to Comércio are frequent, so you shouldn't have to wait long. After approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the stop called 'Praça Visc. de Cayru'. Once you disembark, the Museu do Mercado Modelo will be directly ahead of you, just a short walk across the square.

Assuming you are at the Elevador Lacerda, which connects the upper and lower parts of Salvador, exit the elevator and walk straight ahead towards the Praça Visc. de Cayru. The Museu do Mercado Modelo is located in the square, and you can easily see it as you approach. This walk will take about 5-10 minutes.

If you prefer a more direct way, you can hail a taxi or use a ride-sharing app. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Museu do Mercado Modelo' located at Praça Visc. de Cayru in Comércio.
