The primary way to reach Guana Island is by boat. Most visitors fly into Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (EIS) on Beef Island, Tortola. From the airport, a short taxi ride will take you to the Trellis Bay dock. Guana Island's private boat provides transport to the island, a journey of approximately 10 minutes. Contact Guana Island's reservation office to arrange boat transportation. A round trip ferry to Tortola costs $120 per person.
