Getting There

    From Cruz Bay, the main town on St. John, head east on Route 20 (North Shore Road) towards Coral Bay. Continue past Coral Bay. The road becomes winding and hilly as you drive towards the East End. Look for signs for Hansen Bay. Turn onto Hansen Bay Road and follow it to the beach. Parking is available near the beach. There is no fee to park, but donations are appreciated.

    From Cruz Bay, take a taxi or shared van to Hansen Bay Beach. The ride takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Hansen Bay. Ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance to Hansen Bay Beach. From there, it's a short walk down to the beach.
