    Moskito Island is primarily accessed by boat. Most travelers fly into Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (EIS) on Beef Island/Tortola. Upon arrival, a driver will transport you to the dock, a short two-minute drive away. From there, a speedboat will take you directly to Moskito Island in approximately 30 minutes. Boat transfers are often included in the cost of your stay.
