From Cruz Bay, take North Shore Road (Route 20) east. Continue past Maho Bay, where the road veers inland. At the 'Y' intersection, keep left towards Annaberg. The entrance to Francis Bay is about a quarter mile down this road on your right. Follow the dirt road to the parking area near the beach. Parking is free, but spaces are limited, especially during peak hours.

From the Cruz Bay ferry dock, taxis are available to take you to Francis Bay. A taxi ride to Francis Bay will cost approximately $15-$20, depending on the number of passengers and if you are able to flag one down that is already heading in that direction. Confirm the rate with the driver before starting your journey. Taxis are often open-air, safari-style vehicles.
