Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Cruz Bay Ferry Terminal , walk two blocks to the National Park Visitor Center. The Lind Point Trailhead is located across the street from the public restrooms. Follow the Lind Point Trail for approximately one mile to reach Honeymoon Beach. Salomon Beach is the second trail on the left and Honeymoon Beach is the third trail to the left. This scenic hike takes about 20-30 minutes. There is no cost associated with this option.

  • Taxi & Shuttle

    From Cruz Bay, take a taxi to the former Caneel Bay Resort entrance. From there, the Caneel Bay Beach Club offers a shuttle service to Honeymoon Beach for $6 one way or $12 round trip. Children under 12 ride the shuttle for free. Taxis from Cruz Bay to Caneel Bay typically cost around $8-$9 per person. Parking at Caneel Bay is free for Honeymoon Beach guests taking the shuttle.

  • Ferry & Taxi

    From St. Thomas, take a ferry to Cruz Bay, St. John. Ferries depart from Red Hook and Charlotte Amalie. The ferry from Red Hook costs $7.00 each way and takes about 20 minutes. The ferry from Charlotte Amalie costs $12.00 each way and takes about 45 minutes. Once in Cruz Bay, follow the 'Walking' or 'Taxi & Shuttle' directions to reach Honeymoon Beach.
