Walking
The Lind Point Trail is easily accessible from the Cruz Bay ferry dock. From the ferry dock, walk towards the Virgin Islands National Park Visitor Center, a large yellow building near the creek. The trailhead is located behind the Visitor Center. Obtain a free parking permit from the Visitor Center if you plan to park in the designated areas. Follow the signs for the Lind Point Trail. The hike to Honeymoon Beach is approximately 1 mile and should take about 25 minutes.

Public Transport
From various points on St. John, you can take a Vitran bus or a safari taxi to Cruz Bay. The Vitran bus system services various areas of the island and usually runs Monday - Friday. The buses travel from the Cruz Bay ferry dock, through to Coral Bay, Salt Pond Bay and back to Cruz Bay. From the Cruz Bay ferry dock, walk towards the Virgin Islands National Park Visitor Center, where the Lind Point Trail begins. A taxi from Cruz Bay to the Lind Point Trailhead will cost approximately $10.

From St. Thomas, take the passenger ferry from either Red Hook or Charlotte Amalie to Cruz Bay, St. John. The ferry from Red Hook to Cruz Bay runs hourly and costs $8.15 for non-residents. The ferry from Charlotte Amalie to Cruz Bay costs $20. Once in Cruz Bay, walk to the Virgin Islands National Park Visitor Center to access the Lind Point Trail.
