Turn left onto Route 40 and follow the signs toward Charlotte Amalie. Stay on Route 40 for approximately 5 miles until you get to the outskirts of Charlotte Amalie. Look for Kongens Gade, turn right, and continue for about 0.5 miles. Government House will be on your left at 21-22 Kongens Gade.
