From Charlotte Amalie, take the VITRAN bus route 401. The bus fare is around $2 per person. Get off at the Smith Bay Rd. / Coki Point Rd. stop, which is an approximately 12-minute walk to Coki Point Beach. Buses may not run frequently, so plan accordingly.
