Today, the Callwood family continues to operate the distillery, using traditional methods and vintage equipment. Visitors can witness the rum-making process firsthand, from the harvesting of sugarcane to the fermentation and distillation in copper pots and wooden aging casks.A tour of the distillery provides insight into the history of rum production in the BVI and the Callwood family's legacy. The distillery's picturesque setting, nestled amidst lush vegetation and the beautiful Cane Garden Bay, adds to the experience. Visitors can sample a variety of Callwood rums, each with its distinct flavor profile, and purchase bottles and other rum-themed merchandise.
