If driving from Charlotte Amalie, follow Route 30 (Veterans Drive) east. Turn left onto Route 35, then turn left onto Valdemar A. Hill Sr. Drive/Skyline Drive. The overlook will be on your right. Parking is free, with 12 spaces available. Be aware that parking can be limited during peak times.
