Taxi
From Road Town, the main hub of Tortola, a taxi to Brewers Bay takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Taxis are the primary mode of transport on the island. Expect to pay around $25-$30 each way for the taxi ride. It's advisable to arrange a return pickup with your driver, as taxis are not always readily available at Brewers Bay.
Public Transport
From Road Town, catch a 'safari bus' marked for 'West End'. Inform the driver you wish to get off at Brewers Bay. The bus ride takes about 20-30 minutes. The bus will drop you off on the main road near the entrance to Brewers Bay Beach. From there, it's a short walk downhill to the beach. The bus fare is approximately $3 per person. Buses may not run frequently, so check the schedule in advance.
