From the center of Bandar Seri Begawan, such as near the Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, Tasek Lama Waterfall is accessible by foot. Head north on Jalan Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien, then turn right onto Jalan Bendahara. Continue as it merges onto Jalan Tasek, following the road until you reach the service road leading to the park entrance. The walk is roughly 30 minutes. No costs involved.

From the BSB Bus Terminal, take Bus 36 or 38 and ask the driver to drop you off at Tasik Lama (3rd bus stop) along the way. From the bus stop, walk along the service road for 450 meters to the parking lot and the entrance of Tasek Lama Recreational Park. Bus fare is approximately BND 1.
