Walking
From the center of Kiulap, head towards Jalan Kiulap. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Kumbang Pasang. Turn left onto Jalan Kumbang Pasang and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will reach a roundabout; take the second exit onto Jalan Pusat Persidangan. Continue straight for another 5 minutes until you see a sign for Jeti Al-Afiah on your right. Follow the path leading to the jetty.

Locate the nearest bus stop along Jalan Kiulap. Take bus number 23 or 29 heading towards Bandar Seri Begawan. Inform the bus driver you want to get off at the stop near Jeti Al-Afiah. After getting off, walk for about 5 minutes back towards the direction you came from until you see the entrance to the jetty on your left.
