If you are in the center of Kuala Belait, start at the Kuala Belait Town Park. Head east along Jalan McArthur for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Jalan Maulana. Turn left onto Jalan Maulana and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. You will see the Istana Kota Manggalela on your right, just before the road curves. The entrance is marked, so keep an eye out for the signs.

Catch a bus from the Kuala Belait Bus Terminal. Look for a bus heading towards Jalan Maulana. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Disembark at the stop closest to Jalan Maulana. From there, walk about 200 meters east along Jalan Maulana, and you will find Istana Kota Manggalela on your left.
