From the center of Bandar Seri Begawan, head southeast on Jalan Sultan towards Jalan McArthur. Continue onto Jalan Kumbang Pasang. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes. Taman Jubli Perak will be on your left.

From the main bus terminal in Bandar Seri Begawan, take a local bus that stops near Jalan Kumbang Pasang. Bus fares are around BND 1 per ride. From the bus stop, walk approximately 10 minutes along Jalan Kumbang Pasang towards the park. Follow the signs to Taman Jubli Perak.
