If you are driving from any location in Borovets, head towards the main road (Bulgaria Route 82). Follow the road signs towards 'Borovets Ski Resort'. After about 1 km, look for the sign for 'Apart Hotel Flora' on your left. Turn left into the hotel premises and the Balkan PMS Travel agency is located within the hotel complex. Parking may be available at the hotel.
