Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from Dobrinishte, start by heading northeast on the main road through the town. Follow the signs towards the Bezbog area. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will reach a fork. Take the left road which leads towards the Bezbog cable car station. Continue on this road for about 6 kilometers until you arrive at the cable car station parking area. Park your car here, as the hut is not accessible by vehicle. From the parking area, you will need to take the cable car to ascend to Bezbog Hut.

  • Public Transportation

    While there is no direct public transport to Bezbog Hut, you can take a local bus or taxi from Dobrinishte to the Bezbog cable car station. Local taxis are available and typically cost around 10-15 BGN. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once at the cable car station, purchase a ticket for the cable car (approximately 15 BGN for a round trip). The cable car will take you directly to the area near Bezbog Hut.

  • Hiking

    If you prefer to hike to Bezbog Hut, you can start your hike from the cable car station after taking the cable car. The trail is well-marked and takes about 1 hour to reach the hut on foot. Be sure to wear sturdy hiking shoes and bring enough water and snacks for the hike.
