Getting There

  • Walking

    Start from the center of Gabrovo, at the main square (Ploshtad Vuzrazhdane). Head south on ul. Racho Stoyanov for about 500 meters until you reach ul. Knyaz Dondukov. Turn left onto ul. Knyaz Dondukov and continue for another 300 meters until you reach the bus station. From the bus station, look for a bus heading towards Arbanasi. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Arbanasi, get off at the stop named 'Arbanasi Church.' After exiting the bus, walk straight on ul. Sveti Nikola for about 200 meters. You will find St. Nikolay the Miracleworker on your left.

    From Gabrovo, walk to the bus station located near the center. Purchase a ticket to Arbanasi. Buses to Arbanasi run frequently, so check the schedule at the station. The journey will take around 20-30 minutes. Upon arriving at the Arbanasi bus stop, disembark and proceed to walk along ul. Sveti Nikola for approximately 200 meters. The monastery will be on your left side.
