Public Transport - Bus
From Haskovo, head to the Haskovo central bus station located at 'Ulitsa Tzar Osvoboditel 1'. Look for buses heading towards Mineralni Bani. The journey typically takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Mineralni Bani bus station, exit the station and head east on 'Ulitsa Lavrov Dol' for approximately 500 meters until you reach the first intersection. At this intersection, turn left onto 'Ulitsa Knyaz Aleksandar Batenberg'. Continue straight for another 300 meters until you see signs for Toplitsa. The fortress is about a 10-minute walk from this point.

If you are already in the center of Haskovo, walk to the Haskovo central bus station first. After taking the appropriate bus to Mineralni Bani as described above, follow the same walking directions from the Mineralni Bani bus station to reach Toplitsa.
