Walking
From the center of Malyovitsa, start by walking towards the main road that leads to the Malyovitsa ski resort. Follow the signs for Skakavitsa, which is approximately a 30-minute walk from the village center. The trail begins at the parking lot near the ski lifts, where you will see a marked path leading into the forest. Follow this path for about 2 kilometers until you reach Skakavitsa waterfall.

If you are driving, head towards the Malyovitsa ski resort. Park your car in the designated parking area near the ski lifts. The trail to Skakavitsa starts from this parking area. Note that there might be a small parking fee of around 5 BGN for the day. After parking, follow the marked hiking trail from the ski lifts for about 2 kilometers until you reach Skakavitsa waterfall.

Public Transportation
Take a bus from Sofia to Malyovitsa. Buses run frequently from Sofia's Central Bus Station. Once you arrive in Malyovitsa, you can either walk to the ski resort (approximately 20-30 minutes) or take a taxi if you prefer not to walk. The taxi fare should be around 10 BGN. From the ski resort, follow the marked trail from the parking lot for about 2 kilometers to reach Skakavitsa.
