From Pleven, take a bus to Lovech. Buses leave from the main bus station in Pleven, which is located at 5 Tzar Boris III Str. Look for the bus heading to Lovech; the journey will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Lovech bus station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Boulevard Georgi S. Rakovski.
Walking
From the Lovech bus station, walk southeast on Boulevard Georgi S. Rakovski for around 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Varosha Street. Turn left onto Varosha Street and continue walking for about 400 meters. The Covered Bridge will be on your right, just before you reach the old town area of Lovech.
Taxi
Alternatively, from the Lovech bus station, you can take a taxi directly to the Covered Bridge. This should be a quick ride of approximately 5 minutes. Make sure to show the driver the address: Вароша, 5503 Lovech.
