If you are in the city center of Pleven, start at the 'Dove Park' (Градинката с двете гълъбчета). From there, head east on 'Tsar Ivan Asen II' Street until you reach 'Vasil Levski' Boulevard. Turn right onto 'Vasil Levski' Boulevard and continue straight for about 1 km. You will pass by shops and cafes along the way. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto 'Kaylaka' Road. Continue on this road for about 2 km until you see signs for 'Kaylaka Park'. Enter the park area, and follow the signs leading you to the Lighthouse, which is located within the park.

From the central bus station in Pleven, take bus number 5, which runs frequently. The bus will take you towards the Kaylaka area. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at the 'Kaylaka' stop. Once you disembark, you will find yourself near the entrance of 'Kaylaka Park'. Walk into the park and follow the directional signs within the park leading to the Lighthouse, which is located at coordinates 9JMH+PJ.
