Look for signs directing you to 'Devil's Bridge' (Дяволския мост) as you approach the village of Dospat. Once you reach Dospat, follow the local signs or GPS directions to get to the bridge, which is roughly 10 kilometers away from the village. There's parking available near the bridge.
