To reach Borovets by public transport, take a bus from Samokov to Borovets. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Borovets, walk towards the center of the village. Borovets-ebikes is a short walk from the bus stop. A bus ticket from Sofia bus station to Samokov costs approximately BGN 5, and a minibus ticket from Samokov to Borovets costs BGN 1.50. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.

Taxis are available in Borovets, and a short trip to Borovets-ebikes from anywhere in the town should cost around BGN 10-15. Ensure the taxi has a visible meter and agree on the fare beforehand. Tipping the driver 10% of the final fare is customary.

If you're traveling by car, head towards Borovets from any point in Rila Mountain. Follow signs for Borovets, which is approximately 10 km away from Samokov. Once you reach Borovets, drive into the village until you see the signs for Borovets-ebikes located at 2010 Borovets. Parking is available in Borovets, with the largest guarded parking situated by the entrance of the resort. Parking tickets can be purchased from representatives of the Samokov Municipality or from ticket machines near the ski run "Cherveno zname" and the gondola's lower station. Hourly parking costs approximately BGN 1.50.
