If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Samokov. Head south on the main road (E79) towards Rila Monastery. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit towards Rila National Park. Continue on the main road until you reach the parking area near the Влек Паничка ski lift, which is well-marked. The ski lift is the main access point to reach Влек Паничка.

Public Transportation
To reach Влек Паничка via public transportation, take a bus from Sofia to Samokov. Buses run frequently and the journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once in Samokov, transfer to a local bus heading towards Rila Monastery. Get off at the stop for the Rila National Park entrance. From there, you can either walk (about 5 kilometers) towards the ski lift or take a taxi to the Влек Паничка ski lift parking area. The taxi fare should be around 10-15 BGN.

If you enjoy hiking, you can start your hike from the Rila National Park entrance after taking public transportation as described above. The trail to Влек Паничка is well maintained and marked.
