Car
If you're driving from the outskirts of Sofia Valley, take the main road leading to Sofia Center. Follow the signs for Sofia Center. Once you enter the city, continue straight until you reach the intersection with ul. Vitosha. Turn right onto ul. Vitosha and drive until you reach the second traffic light. Turn left onto ul. 19-ti fevruari. The National Gallery will be on your right at number 1. There is limited street parking available, so be prepared to look for a parking space nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach the National Gallery via public transportation, start by locating the nearest metro station. Take the metro line M1 (the red line) towards 'Slivnitsa' and get off at the 'Serdika' station. From there, exit the station and head towards ul. Vitosha. Walk straight along ul. Vitosha until you reach the first traffic light. Turn left onto ul. 19-ti fevruari, and the National Gallery will be on your right at number 1. You can also use tram number 20 or 22 from the city center, getting off at the 'Vitosha' tram stop, and then walk down to ul. 19-ti fevruari.
