Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are staying within the old town of Sozopol, the St. Zosim Church is easily accessible on foot. From the central square, head south towards the coast. Continue walking along the main pedestrian street, ul. 'Khan Krum', until you reach the seafront. Once you reach the water, turn left and walk along the promenade. The church will be on your right, nestled slightly inland. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk.

    If you are driving, navigate to Sozopol via the main road (E87). Once you arrive in Sozopol, look for parking options near the old town. There are several public parking areas available. After parking, head towards the old town on foot. Follow the same directions as for walking, heading towards the coast and then along the promenade to reach St. Zosim Church.

    If you are arriving in Sozopol by bus, the main bus station is located just outside the old town. From the bus station, walk directly towards the old town entrance. Once inside, follow the pedestrian street (ul. 'Khan Krum') south toward the coast, then turn left along the promenade. After a short walk, you will find St. Zosim Church on your right.
