Walking
If you are already in the center of Sozopol, The Donkey Square is easily reachable on foot. Start from the main pedestrian street, ul. 'Hristo Botev'. Walk towards the old town until you reach the small square at the end of the street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with ul. 'Tsar Ivan Asen II'. Turn left onto this street, and follow it for about 300 meters. You will see The Donkey Square on your right, in the central area of Tsentar.
Taxi
For a quicker way, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Sozopol. Simply tell the driver you want to go to The Donkey Square ('Квадрат на магарето' in Bulgarian). The fare should be around 5-10 BGN depending on your starting point. Taxis are readily available in the center or can be called directly.
Public Bus
If you are coming from nearby towns such as Burgas, you can take a bus to Sozopol. The bus station is located near the center. Once in Sozopol, you can walk to The Donkey Square as previously described. Note that bus tickets from Burgas to Sozopol typically cost around 10-15 BGN and can be purchased at the station.
