Car
If you are traveling by car, start by heading to the nearest major town in Stara Planina. From there, take the road towards Vratsa. Follow the signs for Vratsa, and once you reach the outskirts of the city, navigate towards улица „Руен“. The final destination, Vratsa Balkan, is located at улица „Руен“ 8, 3000 Vratsa. There is parking available nearby, but be prepared to pay for parking in the city center.
Public Transportation
For those relying on public transportation, take a bus or train that heads to Vratsa. From Sofia, there are regular buses and trains that will take you to Vratsa. Once in Vratsa, you can either walk or take a local taxi to reach your destination at улица „Руен“ 8.
