Stara Zagora Art Gallery: A Cultural Gem in Bulgaria

Getting There

• Walking

  If you're starting from the central area of Stara Zagora, head towards the main pedestrian street, 'Aleksandrovska Street'. Walk along this street until you reach the intersection with 'Bul. Tsar Simeon'. Turn left onto 'Bul. Tsar Simeon' and continue walking straight. After about 500 meters, you will see the large roundabout. Continue straight across the roundabout, and you will soon see 'Bul. Ruski' on your right. The Stara Zagora Art Gallery is located at 'Bul. Ruski 27'. It should take you around 15-20 minutes to walk from the central area.

  To reach the Stara Zagora Art Gallery by public transport, find the nearest bus stop to your location. Take a bus heading towards the city center. Most buses will stop at the central bus station. Once you arrive at the central bus station, you can either walk or take another bus towards 'Bul. Ruski'. If you choose to walk, head towards 'Aleksandrovska Street' and follow the directions as mentioned for walking. Alternatively, you can take a short bus ride towards 'Bul. Ruski', and get off at the nearest stop to 'Bul. Ruski 27', which is the location of the gallery.

  If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi. You can easily find a taxi at various points around the city. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Bul. Ruski 27', near the Art Gallery. The taxi ride should take approximately 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.
