Follow the signs for Malko Tarnovo and drive approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the town. Once in Malko Tarnovo, look for the signs that direct you towards Dokuzak Waterfall. You will need to take a left turn onto a smaller road leading into the forest. The last few kilometers are on a gravel road; it may be beneficial to drive a vehicle with higher clearance. Make sure to park in the designated area near the trailhead to the waterfall.
