Midalidare Estate, located in the village of Mogilovo, is a testament to Bulgaria's growing reputation as a producer of quality wines. Situated in the heart of the Thracian Valley, a region with thousands of years of winemaking history, the estate combines modern techniques with respect for the land to create a unique wine tourism destination. Founded in 2009, the estate encompasses 160 hectares of vineyards spread across several plots, each with distinct soil compositions and microclimates. This diversity allows Midalidare to cultivate a wide range of grape varietals, including Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and more.
