Getting There

    From the center of Cibitoke, head southeast on Avenue de la Réunification towards Avenue du Commerce. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Route Nationale 4 (R.N.4). Follow R.N.4 for approximately 8 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards Rusizi National Park. You may also ask locals for directions to Kinyinya, as the park is located nearby. The park entrance is located at M74H+8HX, which should be visible from the road.

  • Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from any local shop in Cibitoke. Start your journey by cycling southeast along Avenue de la Réunification. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Route Nationale 4 (R.N.4) and continue cycling for approximately 8 kilometers. Look for directional signs to Rusizi National Park.
