If you're driving from the capital of Fogo, São Filipe, head east on the main road (EN1-Fogo) towards the town of Cova Figueira. Follow the signs for Cova Figueira and enjoy the scenic views along the way. Once you reach Cova Figueira, continue on the EN1-Fogo road until you see the signs for Espingueira. Turn off the main road onto the smaller road leading to Espingueira. The Ecolodge will be located on your right side. Make sure to use a GPS for precise navigation, as the roads can be winding and may not always be well marked.

To reach Spinguera Ecolodge via public transport, start at the main bus station in São Filipe. Take a bus heading towards Cova Figueira. The bus fare is typically around 200 CVE (Cape Verdean Escudo). Once you arrive in Cova Figueira, you may need to hire a local taxi to reach Espingueira, as public transport does not directly service the Ecolodge.
