If you are driving from the town of São Filipe in Fogo, head northeast on Rua Dr. José F. da Costa until you reach the main road (Estrada Nacional). Turn left and continue driving for about 40 kilometers toward Praia. Once you arrive in Praia, follow the signs to the city center. You will want to navigate to the area of WG92+Q64, which is located near the main commercial district. Look out for local landmarks like the Praia Marina or the Presidential Palace to help orient yourself.

Public Transportation
To reach TICV using public transportation, take a 'Aluguer' (shared taxi) from São Filipe to Praia. The ride typically costs around 300 CVE (Cape Verdean Escudo) and takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arrival in Praia, ask the driver to drop you off near the main square (Praça Alexandre de Almeida). From there, you can either walk or take another 'Aluguer' to the vicinity of WG92+Q64. Make sure to confirm the fare before boarding the second Aluguer, which should be around 100 CVE.

If you find yourself near Praça Alexandre de Almeida in Praia, you can walk to TICV. Head west on Avenida 5 de Julho, then turn right onto Avenida OUA. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Rua da Liberdade. Turn left onto Rua da Liberdade, and after a short walk, you will arrive at WG92+Q64, where TICV is located.
