From Berkeley, head to the nearest bus stop and take the AC Transit bus line 51 or 52 heading towards San Francisco. Get off at the final stop in San Francisco, then transfer to the Golden Gate Transit bus 4. Stay on the bus until you reach the 'Tennessee Valley' stop in Mill Valley. From there, it's a short walk to the Tennessee Valley Trailhead at 591 Tennessee Valley Rd.
