Walking
From Downtown Berkeley, head north on Shattuck Avenue. Walk approximately 0.5 miles (about 10-15 minutes). When you reach the intersection with University Avenue, turn left. Continue walking until you reach the entrance to the UC Berkeley campus. Enter the campus and follow the signs towards Memorial Glade, which is located near the North Gate entrance. After entering the campus, keep right and head towards the grassy area which is Memorial Glade. You'll see the beautiful open space surrounded by trees.

Public Transit (Bus)
If you prefer using public transit, you can take the AC Transit bus. From Downtown Berkeley, walk to the nearest bus stop on Shattuck Avenue at University Avenue. Board the 51B bus towards 'Berkeley'. Stay on the bus for 3 stops and get off at 'College Ave at University Ave'. From there, walk up University Avenue for about 0.3 miles (about 5-7 minutes) until you reach the entrance of UC Berkeley campus. Once inside, follow the signs to Memorial Glade. Please note, the bus fare is $2.50, and you can pay with cash or a Clipper card.
