If you are starting from the Berkeley BART station, exit the station and head northeast on Shattuck Avenue. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with University Avenue. Turn left onto University Avenue and walk west for about 0.3 miles. You will come to the campus of UC Berkeley. As you approach the campus, look for the entrance at Sproul Hall. Once inside the campus, follow the signs leading to Sproul Plaza, which is located centrally at 1 Cross-Sproul Path.

If you prefer taking public transport, you can catch the AC Transit bus. From the Berkeley BART station, look for the AC Transit bus stop on Shattuck Avenue. You can take the 1 or 7 bus routes heading towards the UC Berkeley campus. After a short ride (approximately 10 minutes), get off at the 'University & Telegraph' stop. From there, walk east along University Avenue until you reach the UC Berkeley campus. Follow the signs to Sproul Plaza, which is located at 1 Cross-Sproul Path.
