From Big Sur, take the Monterey-Salinas Transit (MST) bus line that goes towards Monterey. Board the bus at the nearest MST bus stop. Once you arrive at the downtown Monterey bus station, you will transfer to the MST bus route that goes to Del Monte Beach. Get off at the stop nearest to 653 Del Monte Ave. From there, it's a short walk to the beach entrance.
