From Castro Valley, head to the nearest bus stop that services the AC Transit bus line. You can catch the 46 bus towards the 'Bay Fair BART' station. Once you reach Bay Fair BART, transfer to the BART train heading towards 'San Francisco/Daly City'. Get off at the 'Embarcadero' station. From there, transfer to the Muni F-Line streetcar towards 'Fisherman's Wharf'. Get off at the 'Pier 35' stop. The SS Jeremiah O'Brien will be right at Pier 35.

Make your way to the Castro Valley BART station. Board a train heading towards 'San Francisco/Daly City'. Stay on the train until you reach the 'Embarcadero' station. Once there, follow the signs to exit towards the waterfront. From the Embarcadero, walk towards the Ferry Building, then continue along the waterfront until you reach Pier 35. The SS Jeremiah O'Brien will be located at Pier 35.
