From any location in Chula Vista, head to the nearest bus stop and take the MTS Bus Route 701 towards San Diego. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the 'City College' stop. From there, transfer to Bus Route 7 towards 'Downtown San Diego.' After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Park Blvd & President’s Way' stop. Walk about 10 minutes north on Park Blvd until you reach Balboa Park. The Museum of Us is located at 1350 El Prado, right within the park.

Locate the nearest Trolley station in Chula Vista (most likely the 'Chula Vista Civic Center' station). Board the Blue Line Trolley towards 'San Diego' and disembark at 'Santa Fe Depot' station in downtown San Diego.
