To reach Coulter House at 3162 Second Ave, San Diego, CA 92103 by car, start by getting onto I-5 North or I-15 South, depending on your starting point in San Diego County. If you're on I-5 North, take the exit toward Civic Center, merge onto Front St, and continue onto 2nd Ave. If you're on I-15 South, take the exit for I-8 West, then merge onto 5 North and follow the same route as above. Coulter House will be located on your left. There is street parking available nearby, but be aware of any parking restrictions that may apply.

From various locations in San Diego County, you can take the Blue Line trolley to the 'Civic Center' station. From there, transfer to the 7 or 11 bus line heading towards 'Bankers Hill'. Get off at the stop at 2nd Ave and Spruce St. Walk north on 2nd Ave for about two blocks, and Coulter House will be on your right.
