From Chula Vista, locate the nearest MTS bus stop. Take the MTS Bus Route 703 towards Downtown San Diego. Stay on the bus for about 25-30 minutes and get off at the 'C Street & 4th Avenue' stop. From there, walk north on 4th Avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach 'Twiggs Street'. Turn left onto Twiggs Street and continue for another 5 minutes. The Old Town Trolley Tours will be on your left at 4010 Twiggs St.

Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the rental stations in Chula Vista. Start by heading north on the Bayshore Bikeway, which will take you towards San Diego. Follow the path along the bay until you reach Downtown San Diego. Once you enter the city, continue on the bike lanes and navigate towards 'Twiggs Street'. As you approach the area, make sure to turn left onto Twiggs Street, and the Old Town Trolley Tours will be at 4010 Twiggs St.
