Public Bus
From anywhere in Chula Vista, find the nearest bus stop and take the MTS Bus Route 701 towards Downtown San Diego. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the 'Nimitz Blvd & Mission Bay Dr' stop. From there, transfer to Bus Route 30 towards La Jolla. After about 30-40 minutes, get off at the 'La Jolla Village Dr & Herschel Ave' stop. Walk south on Herschel Ave for 5 minutes, and you will arrive at 7742 Herschel Ave, Suite D.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer a more active option, consider renting a bicycle. You can find several bicycle rental shops in Chula Vista. Once you have your bike, head north on the bike lanes along 3rd Ave towards the San Diego Bay. Continue on the Bayfront bike path until you reach the bike path that connects to La Jolla. Follow the signs towards La Jolla and keep going until you reach Herschel Ave. Turn left on Herschel Ave, and your destination will be on the right at 7742 Herschel Ave, Suite D.

Walking
If you are relatively close to downtown Chula Vista, you can walk to your destination. Head north on 3rd Ave towards E Street, then turn left onto E Street. Continue until you reach the intersection with the 5 Freeway. Cross safely at the designated crosswalk, and continue towards the west until you reach La Jolla. Once you get to La Jolla Village Dr, turn right and then another right on Herschel Ave. Walk for about 10 minutes, and you will find 7742 Herschel Ave, Suite D on your left.
