If you're in the Eastlake area, start at the Eastlake Village Center located at 2015 Birch Rd, Chula Vista, CA 91915. From the center, head south on Birch Rd towards Eastlake Parkway. After about 0.3 miles, turn left onto Eastlake Parkway. Continue walking on Eastlake Parkway for approximately 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Otay Lakes Rd. Turn right onto Otay Lakes Rd and walk for about 0.4 miles. You will see a sign for the Chula Vista Golf Course on your left. The Old Willow Street Bridge marker is located near the Chula Vista Golf Course Trail, which is just a short walk away from the road.

You can also use the local bus service to reach the Old Willow Street Bridge marker. Start at the Eastlake Village Center and walk to the nearest bus stop at Birch Rd & Eastlake Pkwy. Take the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System bus route 704 towards Otay Ranch Town Center. After a 10-minute ride, get off at the Otay Lakes Rd & Eastlake Pkwy stop. From there, walk south on Otay Lakes Rd for about 0.5 miles, and you will reach the entrance to the Chula Vista Golf Course Trail, where the Old Willow Street Bridge marker is located. Note that bus fares are $2.50 per ride.
