To reach Monkey Island by car, start by navigating to Claremont Blvd, Berkeley, CA 94705. If you are coming from downtown Berkeley, head southeast on University Ave towards Shattuck Ave. Turn right onto Shattuck Ave and continue for about 1.5 miles. Then, turn left onto Claremont Blvd. After approximately 0.5 miles, you will see Monkey Island on your left, near the intersection with Claremont Canyon Regional Preserve. Parking is available along Claremont Blvd, but be sure to check for any parking restrictions.

If using public transportation, first take the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) to the downtown Berkeley station. From there, transfer to AC Transit bus line 65 (towards the Claremont Hotel). Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop for Claremont Blvd & Ashby Ave. From the bus stop, walk north on Claremont Blvd for about 10 minutes.
